Ritualistic work

Lets go a little into the ritualistic aspect of it all... That is used in some religions, although not as many as one may think. That is... Well, lets say we take a stone and we set it on the ground in specific place at specific time. If that is done when stuff aligns, it has effect that reverberates through different levels of wholeness, depending how many of them we can see aligned before doing it. Then setting a stone on the ground can change a lot.   For that aspect to work it

Last post of the series, with some more practical applications in it.

Well, by now we covered all Major Arcana and their relations to the Tree of Life. While that can be helpful for understanding the Tree, or at the same time understanding Tarot(to be fair for Feng Shui practitioners its also helpful for understanding the wondering stars, in my humble view) there is a little more to it. That comes with the idea of Sequences/Traveling Paths. We covered so far the idea of the Fool, as if he see the belongings he carry as "past life" stuff, we can view t

More cards...

We looked at some cards. By what was done so far, one may have noticed a few tendencies in how the Tree is looked at here. We will expand on that a little, as that is what we need to understand the other cards.   The main idea here is that the right pillar we view as "Community", while the left pillar we view as "Individuality". The cards we connected to the right pillar were The World as a whole, the largest undivided community we know. The Lovers as a creation of ones own f

More Cards and expanding the Tree

As time is running out in more then one context, lets switch to a higher gear and start going through a lot more  cards this time around. We covered the middle pillar, that is the only balanced movement up, that shoots up from the root of the spine the moment we align everything else and gets to as high as it can get(Moon - below the navel, Sun - Solar Plexus/Heart depending on the initiation, Star - pineal gland). That is the only purely balanced move on the Tree, also its very forceful, l

The Tree of Life and the Cards

Lets look at how the Tree of Life was connected to the Major Arcana cards in Grays work. There are also other ways to do that connection out there, as many know already. So we have the Tree and there are many Images of it all over the net. If someone wants to follow along, finding a nice one may be wise so can relate the text to it, I think is wiser if I don't post any, as up to preference at this point. The circles are called Sephirot, as we can see they are arranged in pillars. Left one

The Center and the diminishing Light

In some places before we looked at the idea of a center and domain. Its fun to mention that that idea comes with other ideas as well. The 4 worlds in Kabbalah, and they are very connected to the suits of the cards, can be viewed as a distance from the center. Suggesting the further away one is from the center the less connected they are to how it all arrange itself.   In modern cities we can see it with the capitol and the government buildlings as the center, things there are usually v

Imagination vs Discovery

I remember one of the times I went to a seminar working with what we called "lightbody". One of the very early meditations we did was suppose to clear out symbols. Stuff we read and we choose to carry. By then I had filled my understanding with Trees, pillars, rays, polarities and all sorts of other stuff. Was very interesting to feel and see how all that is washed away and the freedom one senses after that happens.   Of course, back then something like that can't be kept for long, so
