	The good news:
</p>

<p>
	I've looked through Etsy for crystals, and I highly recommend it! It's pretty cheap, and the crystals look to be high quality! (I haven't bought any yet, but they look it!) I especially recommend crystal confetti, it's usually ten dollars (USD) and it's a scoop of various crystals. Raw, polished, carved, jewelry, all mixed together. I'm excited to purchase some!
</p>

<p>
	The bad news:
</p>

<p>
	I dropped my rose quartz heart, one of my favorite crystals, under my bed and I can't find it. It's been a long time, and it's sort of disappeared. Not the first time something like this has happened, but I'm upset nonetheless.

</p>

<p>
	Edit: Forgot to say, sorry for the sudden absence! I just haven't had much to share.
</p>

<p>
	Edit 2: Oh! More good news! I got some early birthday gifts (my birthday is actually tomorrow, May 27th!) and one was a set of runes carved on rose quartz and a book about how to use them! I'm excited to try!

	You've finished your <a href="https://www.thetarotforum.com/blogs/entry/259-nighttime-tea/" rel="">homemade tea</a> (or just tea from a box, or even no tea at all, I don't judge!) and it's time to go to bed. It's probably later than you'd like to admit, and you know it'll be tricky, so here's a mix of crystals to help you get a good night's rest. I like to keep mine in a little bag under my pillow, but you should do whatever works for you!
</p>

<ul>
	<li>
		Amethyst
	</li>
	<li>
		Selenite
	</li>
	<li>
		Clear and Rose Quartz
	</li>
	<li>
		Hematite
	</li>
	<li>
		Black Tourmaline
	</li>
	<li>
		Obsidian
	</li>
</ul>

<p>
	I hope this helps!

	I know I already made an entry today, but I was experimenting with herbs, and I made some homemade iced tea! I found my apple mint plant outside and mixed it in water with ice, and finally added a sugar cube. It tasted delicious! I highly recommend trying to make your own!

	This is a little blog about my experience as a beginner witch! I've always been interested in witchcraft, and I finally have the resources to try myself, as of last year! I currently own:
</p>

<ul>
	<li>
		2 tarot decks
	</li>
	<li>
		A little pocket-sized guide to astrology
	</li>
	<li>
		A spellbook/journal
	</li>
	<li>
		A variety of gemstones
	</li>
	<li>
		Some (fake) candles (I don't trust myself to use real ones all the time)
	</li>
	<li>
		A few essential oil infused items like pens and pencils
	</li>
	<li>
		A guide to palm reading
	</li>
</ul>

<p>
	I've done a few spell circles, or whatever you would call them. I create a circle of stones that represent the intent of the spell, and meditate in it or outside if it's too small. (I don't have as many crystals as I'd like.) I've done focus spells, blood moon rituals, and luck spells. Let me know if anyone has any tips!
</p>

<p>

</p>

<p>
	As for tarot, I always pull one from each deck, and they aren't traditional decks. For example, here are my cards for the day. (Sorry for bad quality)<img alt="spacer.png" class="ipsImage" data-ratio="75.08" height="562" style="height:auto;" width="1000" data-src="https://media-hosting.imagekit.io/a7471d797b0d42ac/WIN_20250408_14_26_12_Pro.jpg?Expires=1838755742&amp;Key-Pair-Id=K2ZIVPTIP2VGHC&amp;Signature=g5YkiBZoF7OjUeWdzPpT6Nj-i~42qmmETTZOVNO4S47DSC3AkJt~IbeWCNS5ySXe5jbG445S-rtlbZfuHfThVcvQkB4iAoQB1izn7P~Ig8HBk8XhrIRbkuAFqQk7WuxZe9JGYGo2HPIpsAiiPtbWcp3KbKMCGW652-tu63oqd2tGzukX8EBh8v8ol7ABx3FGwHczI-bzzvZH2dGmY36IV2K1rE3CiBNdn7NbeujA9RaVsu5cha~A17GI61Atr7SxMgDperulV3rT2Nb7EaulB4UMGeC9tY1q94p0-2GxhPb1OcqedQ7Wayksej-ODAGvdrPf5zYOp31h4FUA5rkq8A__" src="https://www.thetarotforum.com/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" />
</p>

<p>
	I included the decks just for fun, and I left the right deck's book open so it's more understandable, it's "The high priestess" and the left one was cut off, but it said "Stay in the background and adapt to the situation rather than being conspicuous and attempting to direct the course of events"
