Glitches in the new version of the forum

I realise the upgrade has borked things - but when you have a minute - the deck library is now fairly useless; it isn't possible any more to get a simple list of the decks in it, and trying to find one through the images/albums simply doesn't work. If you are looking for a deck you don't know well, you aren't going to locate it by an image, and trying to work out which album it should be in - again, you have to know the deck to find it that way - and in the case I just tried - I can't work out which album it would be in if it were there. Please tell me there is a way to get the simple lists back.

Even though I still have about 9 months of it, my subscription is nowhere to be seen, I can't view the Subscriber sections, and my profile says "TT&M Family" where it used to say "Supporter".

Could the mods or @Little Fang please look into this? Thank you!

Contacting a Moderator when you have less than 5 posts

Recently, we have had a spate of people joining the site and immediately spamming members by PM. Because of this, we have had to restrict the ability to message other members.

This also means you cannot message a moderator until you get to 5 posts.

If you need help with something related to the forum, you are welcome to post a thread in this Tech Support area. This is more public support.

or post in this thread if you don't yet have 5 posts and one of the forum staff will message you to start a conversation where you can get forum support.

Oftentimes when reading a thread, I have wished there was a link or icon at the bottom of the page that I could click to be quickly brought all the way back up to the top. It would be so much easier, especially with super long threads, than having to keep scrolling to get back there to the top of the page. Most other forums I frequent have this feature - would it be possible here? It could be to the right of the "Mark site read" button.

Hello, I've tried to make an account both on my desktop as well as on mobile, using both Firefox and Chrome.

When I answer "The Fool" for RWS Card #0, it gives me a red error message.

When I answer "Tea" for the drink this forum is named after, I get the same red failure message. I've also tried not using capitals.

I am not sure if this is the right place to ask this, I just want an information.

I understand the forum is separated by categories of divination method - tarot, oracles, cartomancy and non-card divination. But if I wanted to, say, invite people to join me in a collective exercise that welcomes any kind of divination method the person prefers... where in the forum would be the most appropriate place to open such a thread, without disrespecting too much the organisation we have here?

Thank you, and if such thing is not allowed, I understand it perfectly. I just figured it wouldn't hurt to ask.

Had an issue with sign up, no verification link for 2 different 15 minute interval attempts to send to email. Tried to use the contact us button on both the app and the browser site but neither version did anything. Ended up fighting my toddler for my phone and she went ham on on the tappa le things. Am I no longer able to register my account or unable to join the community now?

I'm an idiot with a laptop I rarely use, and even more rarely do I post images, and decided to play Identify the deck. I need to change the image title since I'm assuming giving away the name of the deck isn't part of the game. 🤣 Is that possible?

Issue with viewing posts in Decan Walk club--can't see them

when I try to view a post in the Decan Walk it tells me to join the club. I click [accept] and then nothing. No matter what I try to do i-- all I get is the screen telling me the rules and offering the button to join.

I saw RoseLalonde had made a post there in my feed and wanted to read it--but alas I can't click through to read her post--no matter how many times I join the club and accept the rules. It just keeps looping me back to the JOIN screen ??? I'm on Firefox browser.

My forum name is missy (the missy from Aeclectic). I know which email address I used to create my forum account here on July 5, 2017. I tried the "forgot password" but it did not send me a reset password link. I thought I might try creating a new account, but when I input my username, it told me that it was already in use, which gives me hope that my account still exists. I'm considering purchasing a subscription but I'm not clear what currency is listed on the home page. Does it automatically convert to the currency of the country you are in, or is it in UK pound or US dollars?

For example, below is a screenshot of where we click on the homepage to get a subscription.

Is that $35 Australian dollars for one year? Or will it change when processing? I've gone half way through the subscribing process and it doesn't indicate any conversion rates/difference in cost.
