Not receiving mail to confirm account

I signed up hours ago and it said it sent me mail to confirm my account but it didn't. I logged in from another device and asked it to resend. It did not, but it did send me a notice that I had signed in from a different device. This suggests that the email confirmation mailer is broken. Help?
