A guide for cleansing and programming crystals??

Hello 🙂 i currently own crystal quartz, pink, and smocky qrtz, amethyst, cornaline, citrine, black obsidian, black turmaline, and lapizlazuli. The problem is i can't find a truthful guide to how to cleanse and activate them. Read too much info & now idk if i should use full moon or sea salt or what... is there a web or book to use for guide?

I've moved this thread to our crystals section, you were close to it when posting but this is the best area.

 

I think there isn't one way of cleansing crystals and really it's a ritual which has meaning for you. There isn't one truthful way.

 

About cleansing them, some crystal types can be damaged by being in water or being in salt, so it's worth just checking the properties.

 

I've seen people have them under running water or buried in salt (after checking them). Also I have seen people bury them in soil in the outdoors to ground them. My fave is to leave them in moon light to cleanse, full moon is my fave. You can also leave them in sunlight as well. So that is my cleansing / charging preferred methods. When you have done that, you can set an intention or do some kind of ritual afterwards.

 

I am sure others here have their own way of doing it but I don't think you can go wrong with this, it's personal to you and experiment with what works best and gives you the best results

All of the crystals you listed are safe to cleanse in water and to charge in moonlight. The only crystals to not leave in the sun would be the citrine, amethyst and rose quartz (I assumes thats what you mean by pink quartz) as these will fade over time. Hope that helps somewhat!
