Hello,

when I try to view a post in the Decan Walk it tells me to join the club. I click [accept] and then nothing. No matter what I try to do i-- all I get is the screen telling me the rules and offering the button to join.

 

I saw RoseLalonde had made a post there in my feed and wanted to read it--but alas I can't click through to read her post--no matter how many times I join the club and accept the rules. It just keeps looping me back to the JOIN screen ??? I'm on Firefox browser.

You should be able to see the posts from this club in the feed, but you can only reply if you join it.

 

I tested it out and it worked okay for me.

However another member had this problem in the past with another club.

 

Sign out of the forum and clear your browser cache. I would keep cookies but delete history and temp files. Let us know your browser/ operating system / device and we can give instructions for this.

 

Sign in again and it seems to break the cycle.

 

If this doesn't work, will will look in to it further from our side

This is how you clear the cache on Firefox, again I would select all the options apart from cookies as it will log you out everywhere -

I have the same problem. I use Google Chrome.

We will look into what's going on, please bear with us 🙂 

@Libra 58 in Chrome, go to the browser menu, the ... vertically in the corner. Open new Incognito Window (or Incognito tab). In Incognito, there are no saved files / data. Sign in to the forum in that (it will ask you again). See if the club is working for you and you can join and see the posts. When you close the window, it will delete all history and saved files.

 

 

@DanielJUK I´m sorry but I don´t understand. I need pictures to see what to do.

So don´t bother with that problem, I´m fine with reading everything I can already see.
