One more from BOC. I will never understand why this was not a monster hit.
But that's OK - it's like a secret song for us select few. 💙

Here's a nice Tarot-themed one. How many cards can you pick in the video?

@Nisaba - I always liked her. But this first hit is still my favorite.
A long time ago now...I like that old 80's makeup, too.

All's good, thanks.

Y'know, it's only as I got older that I began to appreciate just how great Nirvana (and Mr. Cobain) were.

Yes, I liked them when they were around but I didn't give them proper credit. I just saw them as a decent band coming up. It took some time for the greatness to sink in.

The Black Crowes are another 90's band I like. They're currently doing a reunion tour. And there's a video at this link, so it's a good fit for this thread. 🙂

Stay safe.

The best country, the kind that isn't getting airplay anymore (but don't be mistaken, it's still being done) is just truth.
Some men don't get any and they act like starving dogs. Others do OK, you can have actual conversations with them, but those are the "Seven Year Ache" ones.
Hoggamus higgamus.

But nothing is "too country" for me, on the condition it isn't that pop crap they call country these days.
Long live Doug Sahm. 💖 Doug was good people, his family is good people, you don't see any of that Nashville narrowmindedness with them. Listen all the way to the end, there's a story.

One more. You might even know this one. 😁

Katrinka pipped you to the post on that one. Still, if something's worth posting, it's worth posting twice! 😀

My last Bowie cover. 80s chintz at its odd best.

What counts for family orientated must be different in France from here in South Africa.... and I'm not talking about the devil bits, but rather, um, the devil's bits. 😳

Hmm, yes, not for children of course, and in a broad way "family orientated" 😁, but quite acceptable IMO; actually, not something new but a popular success in its time, salacious and grotesque with something very entertaining. Well... a thing to illustrate the Devil card!
Since 10 or 20 years things changed a bit here, we are much more influenced by the US culture. Likely the US would find this shocking (this isn't Marilyn Manson though!), the UK I don't think, but I can be wrong of course!

LOL. Most people here wouldn't really mind any of that.
But we do have a very vocal faction in the US that would object. I remember them being absolutely outraged when Michael Jackson grabbed his crotch in a video back in the 90's. It wasn't even lascivious, it was just a dance move. I wish the media would stop paying attention to them.

Besides, if it wasn't for them we wouldn't have "Blue Laws" and we could get cocktails on Sunday morning.

Oh, well. It's still a good morning for some George.
