After your purchase, you'll see Clubs appear on the menu at the top of the forum.  Click that, and then at your right, you'll see a button to create a club.  Your reader hub, as I'm going to call it, will be linked on the front page!  Keep it active in order to appear, but please don't spam!

 

Need examples of how the reader clubs work?  Check out the widget labeled Paid Readers over on the sidebar!  Click one and check it out!
