Not able to load jpeg images in posts

Featured Replies

Hi,

I have this thread in the astrology section wherein I am offering horary readings.

Until a day or two when I last posted a horary reading, I could insert a jpeg file of the chart. But today despite several attempts of even resizing images, none of the image could upload along with my reading. The reply was "Uploading failed. Please contact us for assistance".

Any pointers to posting the jpeg of the chart.

@pacificwaters So far nothing looks bad on the back end, and others have uploaded jpg images today with no problem. For troubleshooting, I suggest checking to see if your browser has an update, or try another one and see if it's working over there.  Let me know how that goes!

Tried changing the browser. Same error message.

You could try changing the suffix to jpg rather than jpeg. Sounds silly, but sometimes works.

i tried creating the .jpg file using the traditional technique. This file got uploaded. The one the software created was still not loading even in the morning. So well switching to the tried and tested technique.

Thanks for the tip!
