I am totally new to this site, but I was reading the Deck of the week thread and was looking to make a comment but cant seem to find a way to do it?

 is there a time frame as a new member before I can post?

I'm going to move this thread to the Tech Support Forum area, because it doesn't really fit in the Introductions area.
