This one kind of developed naturally, thought I'd share it. Any two decks can be used: I went with my personal RWS and my pocket sized Travel / Client RWS.

Deck one:
Card 1 (top center):
The growth -- The challenge to overcome or positive to integrate:

Deck two:
Cards 2,3,4
The path– steps to take towards accomplishment, guidance
Deck two:
Card 5 (bottom, horizontal):
The saboteur --
That which may cross or attempt to hinder progress.
