As much as I'd like to stick with the Everyday Tarot I have a bunch of my pre-orders and Kickstarter decks arriving so I need to move on to

I have the Game of Thrones coming. I fully expect for readings it will be like the Jane Austen, Sherlock Holmes, etc type decks.

 

When you need 78 characters, many will be hard to recognize or know

That's what I'm thinking too - and that's okay. 

I'm in with the new-to-me Tyldwick. Won't be my exchange deck, but I do want to lay out all the cards, get to know it better.

Halfway through the week and I’m enjoying the Gorgon’s tarot. I like the simplicity of the images although there is still depth there and the black and white palette is striking.

It’s a good deck for more reflective, introspective readings.

I am so surprised, the Game of Thrones Tarot is so much better than I expected!  I don't know much about the series or the book (I quit halfway through the first book when Mr. M killed my favorite character ~ I was like, "okay, I see how this is going - not for me, LOL).      BUT the tarot is really well-done, IMO. 

 

I love when that happens - a deck you think isn't going to be anything turns out to be good.  :)
