As I'm going to have a trainee at work starting tomorrow, I was going to do a reading with this spread and remembered to post it here. This is to give some insight into the relationship between a trainer and a new trainee. It is designed for situations of 1-on-1 training and focuses primarily on the Trainer and how they should modify their approach for a given trainee.

 

If a Trainee were to come to you for a reading, you could simply swap the Trainer/Trainee in the reading.
