How many posts does a new member or old member (not active) need before s/he can PM other members?

 

How does this actually work because I kind of remember being able to PM straight away when this opened last year - so has this changed?

 

Or does it mean something else is going on?

Perhaps I'm being dumb here. Are you saying you can't PM other members? Or are you asking on someone else's behalf?

I know there was a discussion in this thread about possibly changing the PM requirements so that you have to have a minimum number of posts before you can PM. So it could be there was a recent change relating to this.

Thank you for your question!  I'm working on revamping and updating the info on requirements, but to prevent spam and request for free readings I've had to set a minimum of 5 posts.

 

 

 

I was asking on someone else's behalf....

 

I did mention 5 posts, but was not 100% sure. I think I could do it straight away when I first joined and we PMEd back then only now that member cannot at all.
