I remember the book ask your angels , and Barbara ann Brennen books hands of light, and light emerging. the first thing to know is that it is we are doing. well by doing these excerises , we raise up the vibration of our physical body but also our auras, so we can better receive the wisdom of the guides. you may figure that they are the guides it should be easy for them to reach us !! well it was that easy,, everyone would be walking around talking to their guides like no tomorrow. it helped as well that our consciousness has opened up the possibilities for angels, magicks, and ghosts in tv shows, and reality shows. once you get these visualizations down, it will become second nature so I take only a minute or two to reground and power up. given that most of you probably don't know the light body centers, or the chakra above and below like supercharging quantum touch I will take out a step or two for I didn't know that either when I first started.. I just added in what felt natural and what made logical sense. so what will be include will be , chakras , I think most of us know the 7 basic chakras, the 7 colours that corresponds with them, and being your higherself. what is the higherself ? it is the highest aspect of the ego that is a precursor to connecting to your divine self , your authenic self. perhaps most of you do this already perhaps not..but I think that makes the most sense to connect to your higherself so you will know your own energies and be able to tell when you are channeling or not down the line. some physical excerises to help you get used to the idea. root center, bend knees quarter squat and go up and down, go back and forth, , go side to side,, and go in circle and counter circle. this will also get your sexual centers moving.. then move your torso where your upper stomach is in a circle (keeping kneels quarter squat ) and back then breath into your chest as if you are lifting your heart,, let your shoulders up with I. then move your neck,, not like you are doing neck rolls.. but instead move it like you feel blockages and move it to release it. slightly move your head back and forth, side to side (slightly as if very gently and hardly anymovement ) then your head, third eye moving will make the movement of your head a bit more decided .. and finally you get your crown head move with your spine straight like you were a puppet and move around with your kneels quarter squat you will feel your body differently. one key thing orin and daben is keeping an erect spine, alas I have spinal degenative that is the reason I am on disability , so I do the best I can.. but the key thing is the light goes up and down your spine like it was a rod. one thing in ask your angels book is they picture the light going up the spine over the verbetae like you were opening up the wings in your back. the actual excerise after you are ready try as to visualize this 1. with your mind and auras, picture yourself floating up into the universal mind,, the great light so you stable there. there isn't much higher you can go presently then that unless it is into the other dimensions. 2. sitting in the light picture the earth coming up where you are until you are one with the center of the core of mother earth 3. let the light and earth energy flow at the same time through the top and bottom of your body until it meets at your root center .. let your whole body turn bright red , let the core come out of your body and surround and fill every aspect of your aura. this is the red flame, it is the will to initate to clear away the old, and start the new. 4. let this process now go to your sexual center , and let this process turn to bright orange for you . this is the orange flame.. it is the will to unify and be one with everything. that the personal love you have for your best sexual partner turns into a passion to create to have love for everyone. 5. let this process now to your solar plexus turning a bright yellow. this is the yellow flame,, it is the will to evolve past the ego so you can start to feel the higher realms. remember you are connected to the heavens,, and to the earth at the same time and using both energy at the same time. 6. let this process now go to your heart center and let the bright green fill up your body as you are sititng in the heavens and the core of the earth at the same time. . the green flame is the will to make everything beautiful, to harmonize with everything.. 7. let this process now go to your throat center, which is blue,, this is the blue flame,, its divine will is to act,, to liberate yourself from any illusions you carry with you 8. let this process now go to your third eye , which is indigo ,, barney blue (look up online barney the dinosaur when he was blue before he became purple ) and do this process. this is the indigo flame, it is the will to cause what your soul sees into reality. instead of just seeing clairvoyance, you can use the force to create your own reality. with the creator. 9. let this process now go to your crown center and you are sitting in the violet colour (barney purple ). this is the violet flame,, it is the one that burns away karma.. to connect you to the source. it is the will to express the soul by transmuting lower energies into higher energies,, 10. let yourself now being to glow silver , bright silver .. as you connect the femine aspect of the light. picture the highest aspect of the femine love,, that is the silver flame, to receive everything being sent out by the source. 10 le yourself now begin to glow gold , bright gold,, as you connect to the male aspect of the light.. this is the masculine energy of the creator,, it is ability to create, but with love , not with force. 11. let yourself now begin to glow the bright white you ever seen in the movies.. this is just the white flame, it encompasses everything before it and then some for it is the source.. it .. just is ! now take a deep breath.. and your higherrself comes towards you in the light.. it is a part of you that you may of forgotten,, it is aspect of you that has never forgotten your soul. it asks you to let it merge with you,, like you have connected to the different lights that has come before this moment. this could be a big moment for you, are you ready to merge with your higherself ? yet as you look at with your inner sight you can feel the love that your soul has for you and you say yes.. perhaps some emotion is felt.. or some power ,, as the higherself puts its heart over yours,, and his mind over yours.. or hers. let this experience be what it will for you,, don't fight It instead let it flow naturally . perhaps you are not ready for the higherself,,and you are content just to feel the flames of light for now, that is ok,, when you are ready the higherself will always be there. ---- questions that you may ask. where is the grounding ? it is there when you connect with your entire being with the core of earth.. as the earth comes up to meet you in the light,, the root and feet chakras naturally get the energy first. why start at the heavens then ? years ago,, after grounding, and doing the chakras I would extend the crown center and go up. about 2 years ago,, it told me to start with the crown first and bring the light down first. then with theta healing , ti was a little blockage,, until I realized I used to go up first into the light in order to meet my guide 20 years ago in the opening to channel book and I realized I came around first circle. where is the shield of light ? you don't need it,, by connecting to the heavnes first and then to the earth, you naturally raise up your energy field so it is as strong as putting up a shield, or dome of light around you. what about if we pray ? have at it !! the lord prayers actually work on the chakras you know ? I posted this on atf , just before it closed,, it is the chakra prayer --------------------- This morning I was laying down in bed thinking of a good bye post when a sort of idea came to me,, I thought about the systemic prayer thread we did ,, and how the lords prayer is supposed to work on all the chakras..then a sort of dictation/flow started. Starting at the root center it goes like this Before you start, you could say how great the universe is , like George burns says in oh god you devil One aspect of the lords prayer is how holy the name of the creator is, and how infinite the creator is so before praying for the chakras you may to add in humbleness, or praise. Perhaps Dear holy creator, blessed are your creations. Help me over come my weakness By giving me purpose to life. (root) (picture yourself blessed with red flame in your aura ) Help me respect life By giving inspiration to create (sexual center) picture yourself blessed with orange flame in your life Help me be strong By being gentle (will center) picture yourself blessed with yellow flames. Help my heart be healed By helping me understand unconditional love (heart) picture your blessed with green flames. Help to speak my truth And to speak only good things (throat) picture yourself blessed with blue flames Help to not see darkness and illlusion But to see the light and truth(third eye) picture yourself blessed with indigo flames. HOLMES Posted September 23, 2018 Author Posted September 23, 2018 in the book opening to channel,, there is an excerise to walk through the door made of light which symbolizes your desire to channel. it took me like 2 weeks of reading the book over and over to get the courage to walk through my own door of light. the reason for that is I watched tons of horror movies and while I wasn't bible read,, I read the picture bible over and over so I want to be sure what It was I was getting into. one thing that helped me was the concept the beings of light were related to angels. ! you of course may not have any of these fears.. so what is this commitment ? for me it wasn't like a contract ,, it was more like the first baptism into the light. in a way it is like an initiation of sorts. do the charging up excerise first then when you merged with your higherself,, you are already in the light if the excerise was done right. so here is the next step.. in the light being one with the higherself, you start to feel or see a different variation of the light perhaps it looks more like stars, more cosmic like .. this is the dimension of the beings of light. it is said that some of them never incarnated before yet are master of the light aka they know all aspects of how the light works, how it flows. here in this dimension of light the guildes (I see them as outline filled with light yet unique dancing around me raining light out like they were throwing rice at a wedding) form a circle around you powering you up with light .. and like a signal is given perhaps it is a cosmic gong,, or a multiple blast of light by all into fireworks.. and they were start to form a door ,, this door can take many shapes,, HUGE HUMONGOUS DOOR ,, or a tiny small one lol. myself it looked like the gates of oblivion , a video game I played but before the game came out as this was 1993 or there abouts. this door is very focused light sent by many beings of lights into a form you can understand, it is a personal door in other words. and so when you are ready walk through the door .. what happens ? it is like that story of the man who gets asked what is englightment and he stands up and smiles , and get asked what happens afterwards ? and he pick up the sticks and goes about his business. however one thing they do is rain the light upon you like a water fall when you pass through the door at least that is what I experienced. perhaps they might throw more fireworks into the air in your vision. I think the one thing that happens is your aura somehow get prepared to better channel so it isn't as dramatic as some of the stories in the book.

Connecting to your guide... At this point it is recommended that you do the raising the vibration exercise at least twice. That you have done walking through the door visualizations. And you feel comfortable with the idea of channeling and it could be cool, to meet your guide. What follows is adaption from opening to channel, channeling use your psychic powers to connect with your spirit guides, channelling what it is and how to do it. So, start off by doing the raising the vibration exercise first. so, after you raised the vibration, perhaps again walk through the door (even now I walk through the door sometimes). Once you are through and you are content to be so, sitting in the light, surrounded by the light... Call to yourself the highest possible guide who is aligned with you soul and energy field. You will feel a call or a present start to come in your mind. This guide will be a master teacher, perhaps a healer, perhaps a mentor but the main thing is he or she will be your friend from now to the end of the time. As all souls are when they reach the plane of god existence. From here I will deviate from the book slightly, the main thing is you keep your spine, neck erect as comfortable possible, and if you feel that you are stuck imagine yourself flying higher. The guide is now making incredible beautiful sounds as it comes towards, this celestial music isn’t designed to relax you, that is a side effect. Instead the music is meant to further align your body like a piano being tuned. Hence the beautiful sounds are like a tuning fork making your body change slightly. It is standing over you floating doing a beautiful alignment of chakras above your head with its own. And to help you further prepare for your connection. This could be a consider a tiny attunement by reiki as a frame of reference though no symbols are used, and now the spirit guide is in front of you. It opens its arms and beats more light from his heart to your heart, light from this third eye to your third eye... and what it says to you will be unique. Perhaps it may say this. “Have no fear dear one, the light of love shall guide us as I help you to understand it. As I do this I am fulfilling my soul purpose as your brother, sister in spirit. Within you is a great star of being that you shall begin to understand through time and space. “ And now it will tell you its gifts... These gifts may be that It is great at seeing and understanding energy. Or that they can perceive the Akashic records and understand them. You may feel some mirth from the spirit as it says it can play beautiful music with its light, and it lives to enjoy just being. Now ask the spirit, its name. The name can be something as beautiful as the rock upon which no lies exist., or the flower called rose. It can be simple or elaborate. if it is elaborate it will allow you to shorten it for ease of saying. Now ask the spirit what signal it will give you when it is around. You may get a symbol, you may get a song title, or a tune come to you head. The thing is that it will be unique to you and it, like a secret hand shake. Now the spirit will reveal what it looks like. It may be native American, Greek, old school Victorian, could even be early 19 centurions. Or a big bright energy ball that is uniquely coloured like a snowflake is unique. Let this be a process till you get it all. And permission is asked, “shall we become one in energy field so we can learn to channel together as expanded beings. “ At this point it may seem like a small point as the spirit guide already revealed his or her essence to you, gave you their name, but for some it will be the last incredible step despite walking through the doors, and raising vibration. So, with all your intent and focus say yes if you are ready. The spirit guide should do a last preparatory move on their part, perhaps just beaming light, perhaps the other guides will form a circle around you and send a mass bit of light a you to help you in this good moment. Now spirit guides are unique in their approach like how a person energy field is unique in the best way to approach it. The spirit guide may float over you again and gently float down into you almost like when you astrally return to your body, it may send light from its third eye to yours and get closer and closer to its third eye is merged with you then your minds. It may do the heart approach, sending the love to your heart, and merging to your heart is overlapping with its heart chakra. Now what do you do now that you are merged in energy fields, there are some things of course. The guide may finetune some chakras, and the main thing is, how do you feel, are you happy with the connection ? if it feels only slightly, ask the guide to come in stronger like turn up the current from 10 to 25 perhaps as some guides like to come in gentle as no to be overbearing. If you feel like there is just a lot of energy flowing near the third eye, ask the guide to focus the energy as it could be like the energy is spread and so by focusing it the energy will become more narrow and easy for you to read. Notice how expanded you feel in the head, how powerful your heart feels. Now ask for some quick advice, just a small question. Tell me the secrets of the universe is kind of big one right now. Instead ask, tell me about my third eye. Or what can I do on my own to improve the channel. You might see yourself doing some exercising, drinking water. Who knows. Ehen So, what to do from here? It isn’t’ necessary to channel for an hour every day. !!! eheh Instead you can do a quick mental check-in with your guide here and there during the day. It takes a while to build up to channelling for an hour, so good 10 minutes is plenty for build up. Try doing a tarot reading with your guide with you, you should be able to tell when you get the flashes of intuition, and you don’t. If you do martial arts try channeling when doing tai chi. Try channeling before doing your music if you play, write poetry, write a story. It should be easy for you to figure out what works, the spirit guide comes with your alignment so it should be able to help you with your hobbies, and what you want to learn. ~D~ Posted September 23, 2018 Posted September 23, 2018 Holmes, I use to do guided meditations on line with joe treacy meditations..Hes pretty good I must admit...So I did one to meet with my guides...I thought meh not working, but all of a sudden there was this woman, and she smiled at me and told me her name...Duh, at first i got her name wrong, but she smiled and corrected me....It was real strange at first, but I'm in contact with this lady to this day ;) O:-) I think this takes you to Joe Treacy on Youtube, he has many videos there that are helpful :) ~D~

This sounds like a good meditation for grounding and healing and general well-being as well as an exercise for meeting your angel. I have a gypsy spirit who walks with me and helps me with my readings. She is amazing! My patron Goddess is here to help me as well. I do a lot of spirit work, so I have quite a few non-corporeal buddies to talk to. And I have worked with the angels in the past. But the guardian spirits that show up in meditation are usually a spirit I recently met and they move on later.

Wow the first exercise was very powerful for me; anyone know which book this is from. I need to get it. :) I LOVE guided meditations; hoping after doing enough of them I can guide myself..

HOLMES Posted February 12, 2019 Author Posted February 12, 2019 hi guys, I just wanted to share that if you use this often then if not,, you will tend to be more in tune to things.. like I just message someone and they were going through something.. I you tubed a wrestling hero last night,, he passed away at 76 today. before my brother passed away 9 years ago in december,, i was channeling every day for a week, so that night , i woke up twice during the night,, and i heard him talk to me once.. that is why i woke up.. imagine my surpise though to hear he passed away the next day.. i was writing to my friend when i was told,, talking about how my iminaginatin made me wake up twice during the night.. and it was him. !. it is like the more you work with the chakras and mediate, the more open to the universe you become. it can't be stopped.. except for those who are too sensative.. they have to close down their chakras.. put up some energy shields..or they become too open.
