New sign on option not allowing for saved sign in data to populate

Since yesterday, I haven’t been able to populate my username and password on my apple device. There’s been a new blank box below the  username and password boxes since yesterday  that is for One Sign or something like that. As a result, I have to type my username in after my saved password populated the password box.

 

Is anyone else having this issue?
