newest posts since last visit

Featured Replies

To be perfectly honest I am here far less that I want to be because there isn't an option for coming in to 'posts since last visit'.  (this is the only tarot forum I'm on)

I really limit my on-line time to 2 hours a day, which doesn't go far, sometimes it takes me an hour to write my daily draw blog posts.

Am I missing something or is that not an option?  I see the module to the left of the page which gives me the last five posts. Unless that can be expanded I don't find it useful.

What I'm understanding is the incoming member has to click on each forum to see if there are any new posts.

Absolutely not crabby, just trying to make Tarot and Tea work for me. And it's always about me :)

Hi AJ-ish!

If you look in the top right corner of your screen, do you see a link for "Show unread posts since last visit"? That's how mine looks- I'm attaching a screenshot with the link circled in red.

Once you click on that, it will take you to new posts, and from there you can also look at "all unread posts". Again, I'm attaching a screenshot. Let me know if that helps at all!

Hi AJ, Thanks for your question.  :)

You can try to click on "View the most recent posts on the forum" in the "Forum Stats" section at the bottom of the homepage.

This will show you the recent 100 posts on the forum.

Or you can click on the following link: https://www.thetarotforum.com/recent/?start=0

Hope this helps.  ;)

utterly and perfect, upper right, unread posts since last visit.

THANK YOU

This feature has been an utterly useful time saver. I'm so glad this forum has it.

I definitely don't think I would be able to manage with a forum that doesn't have that option haha! But until now I haven't seen a forum that didn't have that option in a form or another.

I wish reddit has this functionality, at least in the subs I subscribed to. But maybe I just haven't explored it enough. I'll check it again.
