The only drawback is that US games do not deliver outside the US.  At least that's what l read on their site.  l could be wrong. 

Can confirm that there is a striking red banner at the top of the page that states they do not deliver outside of the U.S. and if you are interested in decks through them, look to your local retailers.  ):
