Grace Posted March 26, 2020 Posted March 26, 2020 I've started daily meditation again after a short hiatus, and thought it might be fun to do it together! If you are struggling with it, or want a little accountability to make sure you don't skip a day, it can be easier with some support. I have found that consistency with meditation practice is very important to get the best outcomes. I have tried many different methods, and while I enjoy mixing it up every now and then I have a few types as my go-to sessions. Tonight I've chosen to use my 'Muse' headset, which is a completely unnecessary but fun meditation tool. Who's in?
