hi, I goggled Bharata Tarot  & the 1st listing was for a Bharata Tarot Kickstarter page....the deck looks interesting,,,but the Kickstarter page said the funding had been cancel??

I also lived in Mumbai many years back, and I'd my abode at Hiranandani, Powai itself :)

 

Yes, Mumbai is a great city, I believe it toughens you up for any challenge that life throws at you.

Given my experience with earlier decks (2 successful playing card projects on Kickstarter), I believe it is better to pledge support on Kickstarter itself rather than waiting for the deck to arrive in retail or online stores. Reason being that the reward cost is lower on Kickstarter and decks commands a certain premium aftermarket. Also, I produce limited no. of decks determined by how many were pledged by the backers on Kickstarter and add 10-20% on top of it. This makes the remaining decks sold out as soon as they hit the market. Also, if the kickstarter doesn't meet the funding goal, it will mean that the deck won't see the light of the day.
