I am primarily a cat-person but do have dogs, too. Since I was quite young I have found cats (big and small) fascinating. I appreciate their intelligence and aloofness. 

The Bleu Cat Tarot has, for me, been the “best” cat-themed tarot. I can see my cats in those cards.
 

Quite a few of the cat-themed tarots have left me cold. I do like the Cat’s Eye Tarot, which was painted by a feline veterinarian. It Is beautiful. However some look a little too posed. That is often an issue with cat decks.
