These aren't RWS images, it is gems and flora beautifully rendered in watercolor style. But the book (one page full color image, opposite page explanation of gem, flower, and then drawing this into tarot deck commonalities is well thought out. 

Every single card has a gem and botanical which blew me away...two for the price of one 🙂 

The cards fan and shuffle easily and the edges are gold. The box is sturdy, lift off top, book size with a well for the cards. 

The majors and each suit have one extra card. 

The only drawback I can see, not having her knowledge, is the cards are all roman numeral numbered, but not named by suit or major so I'll need the book to identify what I'm seeing. To offset this the preface of the book has small color images of each card organized by suit, and the gems and botanicals listed as they are on the cards themselves with the page number for the information. 

So perhaps not a pull it out of the pocket and read for strangers deck, but certainly a fun one for self readings. 

I may take my gold paint pen and title them at some point like I did my Shakespeare and Dickens decks by Chris Leech. Or add the simple triangles signifying earth air water fire would be quicker and easier.

This deck is a beauty! I especially like that the meaning of the cards are connected to 'real' information about the stones and herbs. Definitely on my wish list.👍
