I'm using Majestic Earth Tarot this week, all pre-existing art. And all credited, unlike some decks. 

Ship of Fools is from Sebastian Brant's Narrenschiff art of the 1500's

There's the Alleyman's Tarot on Kickstarter too, I believe, although I'm not sure if it's gone into the shipping phase yet. It's made from existing tarot decks jumbled up, so fits the theme somewhat...

Isn’t Vargo’s Gothic Tarot made from pre-existing artwork? It certainly feels like it; several cards have the “eh, close enough” vibe and a few have dramatically different color palettes.

In the category of Fantasy Art, there's Luis Royo's Dark Royo Tarot. I'm not sure about his other decks, whether they were pulled from pre-existing artwork or created by him for a deck. The Labryinth Tarot may be the latter type. Also Fournier has a couple with Anne Stokes artwork and Victoria Frances Tarot Favole. Did the Golden Klimt get mentioned?  Oh oh, and Gustave Dore Tarot which is on my wish list.
