I recently received this tarot/oracle deck in the mail, does anyone else own it? If so, what are your thoughts on it.?

I personally am enjoying the discovery phase of understanding each animal and their link to tarot cards. The spiritual side of each animal is a learning curve in itself.

I do find the amount of symbolism to be too overwhelming. But, at the same time, I do appreciate the keywords provided at the bottom on all cards. It helps me steer my reading in the right direction.

I'll be honest, I haven't read with this deck too much. It doesn't call out to me as often. But it hasn't exactly disappointed me with a reading either.

In terms of packaging, the cards and the accompanying book; I find all of it to be of very high quality. Worthy of the price.

Thank you for introducing me to this deck.  Alas, it seems it's the second animal themed Tarot deck that has resonated with me, but also eluded me.  The first is The Animism Tarot.  It looks like this one is out of print and difficult/expensive to acquire.  I'm not exactly wanting to spend an arm and a leg on either the deck, or shipping.  Maybe this one will get a reprint sometime in the future, and I'll keep an eye out for it.  I think there are two more types of Tarot decks I want: an animal themed one, and a more contemporary one.  The contemporary one I'm holding out for is Cosmic Cycles Tarot, though I'm hoping it will eventually get past its "pre-order phase" and become more readily available from sites that don't have crazy shipping.

Regardless, the problem I have is, I need a deck to not only fit a theme, but to resonate with me for me to consider investing in it.  There are a lot of animal themed decks out there, so maybe I'll keep looking.  I was wanting a deck with a somber/melancholic tone to it, and was really intrigued by Titanic Tarot, but after finding out that it's out of print, I ended up coming across Ghost Tarot, which I'm quite happy with.  Maybe there is, likewise, an animal deck out there that is a great fit for me, and is more readily available at an acceptable price, so I won't give up.
