I am reading a lot about tarot and the cards and one thing I have noticed is that in certain books or websites you will get a different meaning to the cards.

For example, I did  a three card reading on a situation in my life: A friendship I ended. The last few days that person has been on my mind a lot so I did a three card reading:

 

Card 1: The problem in front of you, Judgment

Card 2: What needs to change, 4 of wands

Card 3: How do you change it 4 of cups

 

For me this reading means:

 

The judgement card: The judgement card tells me that nick and bruises are a part of life and I need to let the sun shine in and accepting the truth.I have had my responsibilty of the friendschip and why it ended in the end. It has happened and it is in the past now.

 

The 4 of wands: This card tells me I am on the right path but still stagnated at times.

The 4 of cups: This tells me that the situation with the friend still bothers me, I am still sad about the whole situation, but to end the friendschip was the right thing to do.

 

After this reading I did a cord cutting meditation. The cards presented to me in the reading make a lot of sense. I had to look up the meanings of the cards of course because I am still learning. In the books I have, the explanation above made perfect sense. But not so much when I looks up things online.

 

It is a little confusing.
