That would be great!!! I have the English and Spanish already, but would also get a remake.  It is one of my favorite decks!!!

It would be wonderful if she decides to go ahead and reprint through a Kickstarter! I'd love to have this deck, perhaps with sturdier cardstock than Llewellyn's; it's been on my wishlist for so long.

I received an email reply from her that she is aiming for summer and will set up a "landing page" on her website! She would really love feedback about things we liked/didn't like in other KS project decks. I told her how I did not like the glitter gilding that comes off everywhere.

I've only seen this on Forager's Daughter deck, I can't imagine this on Lisa Hunt's decks. Can you link?

I’m hoping to launch the Fairy Tale Tarot Kickstarter by Summer. Yes, it would include the companion book. I’m getting prices for printing now and am working out the logistics of its publication. 

 

I’m so glad you have provided feedback regarding gilded edges. I noticed a lot of tarot decks on KS are included them. So far, the consensus from fans is to NOT include gilding. I didn’t know it was such a controversy until I started talking about my KS. So thank you. The more input I get before the launch the better.

 

I’m working on a landing page where you can sign up to be notified via email for updates and other special news about the Kickstarter. I will announce through my social media channels when it is ready.

ah, I think there are two different subjects 🙂 The Forager's Daughter had actual glitter come off in the holders hands. I've never seen a painted gilded deck do that. Maybe some clarification is in order?

I don't like the heavier stuff that makes some cards stick together either. I do it myself when I want my edges "gussied up" ... Tsukineko Brilliance stamp pads (not the small dew drop size)

Thanks for the notification, I'm going to have to keep a close eye on this. Looking at flip-throughs of the Fairy Tale Tarot makes me sigh in longing 😄

I went for the Spanish version, the original first edition is still available on amazon at it's normal price. The art is the same and my Spanish is sufficient to read tarot card titles
