Hedgewitch Botanical Oracle

Featured Replies

It seems that the Hedgewitch Botanical Oracle is going to be reissued June of next year. I have Thompson's Linestrider Tarot and I liked it a lot, so I just might get this oracle too. I never had a plant deck, and I think this might be a good one to start with.

By the way, it seems like the first indie edition only had 30 cards. Does anyone here own it?

It seems like the second, mass market version is going to beexpanded to 40 cards, as can be read in the Description section of the Amazon page I linked in the very first post.

Love this one EmpyreanKnight! And this will complement the herbal medicine class I'm taking nicely :) Perhaps I'll pre-order this one. I'm curious about the additional cards too...

I want this one, too! I was so excited when I read about it on the "upcoming decks" list on the manufacturer's website. I still haven't gotten the Linestrider although it's on my list- some of the cards with the dead animals touches a raw nerve for me because I do advocacy for animal abuse/cruelty and even though I know it's all symbolic, it still is a trigger for me. But her style is so beautiful. She also has a lovely Lenormand deck that she sells via Amazon- it's called Scrying Ink.

I'm glad you liked it, RavenOfSummer. :D

And how can I have missed that Lenny? Thanks for making me aware of the Scrying Ink, gingerblue.

I’m really excited for this release. I usually try to nab a deck while it’s still independent but the indie version of this deck was more flashcard like... Not my style, but the art is so beautiful that I kept thinking about it. This version seems much more oracle like, and I’m excited about the full book with it. Heard lots of great stuff about the Linestrider’s guidebook.
