Notifications without email notifying

I wanted to ask about notifications. I want to get notifications from the forum but not coming to my email because I am trying to keep it as clear as possible as I find it hard to wade through.

 

I want to get notifications on the forum and on tapatalk and so any posts or threads I start / reply to I have notifications but I was looking through the notifications settings area and there seems to be no way of not getting an email version.

 

It's no problem if there will always be an email, I can live with it but just wondered if I have missed a setting or there was a way of doing it.

 

It's my only suggestion about the forum, other than that it's great :)
