I do not know but i find a lot of humour in this take.

It's different. You don't normally see hideous people in Lenormand. 
He looks like he should be sitting on the end stool of some loser bar telling lies about politics or his ex wife.

 That is well real cool that you knew that. I thought it was original artwork. Well maybe original take on that. 

As he has more hair. But definitely the eyes are the same. 

 

I study traditional astrology, so I am familiar with the four temperaments and that image. (and others). I noted the similarities between that deck and some other images but could not comment on whether the artist took their inspiration there or not.
