It's probably that you are trying to go into an area to which you don't' have access until you have made 5 posts. And spam ones would be posts with just emoticons, ones with links to junk sites and so on. Make another two good posts somewhere and you should be fine.

yes the forum will open up more for you @Pink when you get to 5 posts 🙂 You cannot access the exchange areas until then and some other things are limited as an anti-spammer measure.
