Not getting notifications...

Hi, all. I'm clicking on the "follow topic" for each post I contribute to or start and I'm just not getting *any* notification to my email address. What am I doing wrong?

Dd you choose the ways you wanted to be notified:

 

 

And second thing - have you checked your spam ?

Yep, that was checked and nothing in spam.  😩

Whitelist the forum address that they come from ?

Try going to this account settings page here it's all the notifications settings. As you have tried with gregory the following part and checking for spam.

 

In the notifications settings, go to.....

 

- followed content and use the pull down on the right hand side.

 

 

there is a setting for automatically following new threads and also how often you want notifications but the important one is Followed Content.

 

Look at followed content and you can choose notification list (that means a forum notification here) and email. You can have either / or or both or none. Make sure email is selected there.

 

If you change any settings it will automatically save them for the future. But make sure email is selected under followed content or they will not send 🙂

It is actually a problem for the site. Some days i get the notifications like 12 to 24 hours later. 

Got everything checked marked. Many times i get pm notifications hours later i logged in and got the pop up whiled i am logged in.

Thanks! I already had all that clicked and set up. It must be some glitch. I just don't want to forget about reading exchanges I am involved in because I'm extremely busy at the moment and the notifications would be super nice. 🙂 Thanks.

This happens to me, too. The notifications while I'm here don't work but I can refresh the content page I'm following and there's a new post.
