Do you recommend any other decks besides the rider waite tarot deck?

About your question, you pose a very difficult question, there are thousands of decks!

What sort of things do you like? do you have a fave theme or art style?

As Daniel said, we can recommend a lot of decks, so to point you at something less than a few hundred:

 

- Are you looking for a particular type? RWS clone, Tarot de Marseille, fully illustrated minors but not RWS, pip deck...

- Any specific subject to avoid or which interests you? I.e. 'no cat decks' or 'I'm dying for a deck with a modern theme' or 'plants are awesome I LOVE PLANTS', this kind of thing.

- Are there art styles you prefer?  Vector graphics, painted (watercolor, gouche, oil, ink wash), photographic, collage--you name it, it's out there, and not everyone likes them all.

- Here's a big one: mass market, print on demand, indie? MM tends to be cheaper (when in print) but indie decks often have luxury packaging/design. 

- Do you have a specific need as far as use goes? Eg. I have some decks I love but I'd never recommend them for readings on serious, personal subjects or for professional work, they're just not suited to it. (Great for writing, GMing tabletop games, or meditation, maybe!)

 

It's fine if some of the answers to these are 'no idea' but a few will point folks in the right direction.
