Hey everyone!

Dog Flirting GIF

My name is Jenna, and I'm super excited to be here! I don't have many tarot friends in my personal life, so I'd love to connect with some cool people here, talk tarot, and maybe swap some readings. I have been practicing tarot for around 5 years now, off and on. My practice has become much more frequent in the last year and I still have a lot to learn, but am quite obsessed.

More about me: I am a huge animal lover, and would love to hear about your pets and share about mine. I love to read, watch reality tv, craft (painting, 3D printing, paper crafts, coloring, etc.), listen to podcasts, play video games and lots more. I'm an open book so ask me anything.

Let's be friends! 😄

Welcome! How nice to meet you! I like to draw, paint, and listen to audiobooks 😀 I don’t have any pets these days, but I have had many different pets in my life - cat, rabbit, turtles, hermit crab, salamanders, frog, fish etc 😄

Nice to meet you too! What kind of audiobooks do you like to listen to? I'm always looking for more suggestions 😊 That's so awesome you've had so many pets throughout your life! It's not often I meet people who go past having a dog or cat. What kind of bunny did you have?

Hi and welcome. 🙂
Old reader here with two crazy Shelties. *waves* *flicks dog hair off dress*
ETA: I've been beyond dogs and cats too, though probably not as much as Raggy. I think it's the next logical step. Besides "regular" pets like tropical fish and parakeets, I raised some baby hoot owls once, and had banty chickens, rabbits, and a horse at one point. But I'm essentially a dog person. Anyway, the city won't let us keep "livestock." It's too bad. I really want some pygmy goats.

It was a mix breed bunny that originally belonged to a neighbor. It kept escaping to our property and the owner got tired of trying to get it back. So she gave the rabbit to us 😄

Your shelties are adorable!! One of my favorite dog breeds 🥰 What are there names? And what was having baby owls like? That must've been adorable, but a lot of work. I can't have livestock where I live either, but I've also wanted goats!

That's such a cute story! Bunnies are surprisingly sneaky. Mine is an escape artist too, and escaped his first home which is how he ended up at the shelter I got him from. I named him Houdini lol

Shelties are awesome. They're not for everybody (no breed is) but they're really sweet and they have lots of personality. 🙂

The Bi Blue is Finnegan and the Bi Black is Lover Boy. The breeder named them. I was going to change Lover Boy's name at first, until I realized how much fun it is standing at the back door and calling "LOOOOOOOVVVVVVER BOY! OH LOVVVER BOY! COME ON IN!" 🤣

It wasn't that hard. We fed them raw meat, hamburger at first and later meat they could tear, and kept fresh water available. For awhile they had a cage. We'd take them out of course (and they'd perch on your arm or shoulder, oh those claws! Ouch!) , but that's where they lived. Later we left the cage door open and they'd come and go. Eventually they left and went to live their owl lives. I'd do it again. 💖

I can watch goats - any goats, even regular sized, full grown ones - for hours. But the babies are especially fun:

And the bonus is that you never need to get out there with a lawnmower or a weedeater. I think our city ordinances need to change!

Animals do that sometimes. Outdoor cats are especially nortorious. If they think the neighbors have a better setup than you, they'll serve you with kitty divorce papers. 🤣 None of mine ever did that, but I've seen it happen.
