This deck was recently recommended but I can’t seem to find it on the MPC website. Has it been deleted/made OOP?

Very likely the creator listed it with a time limit - MPC seem to like you to do that...

   I found some talk on Google about the Study Deck and it's based on the Pam A. I wonder if they breached RWS copyright?                       

NO; a) copyright is DONE now, no matter whose POV you try and take and b) the scans for it were, IIRC, from a deck owned by the person who posted the scans.

I did manage to get a copy of the 1909 Art Restoration Deck. Very pleased with it.

I'm limited in how many words i can post. But, I found Makeplayingcard .com and the 1909 on DrivThru Cards. I can't put an images or urls. 

I do have a copy of the 1909 from DriveThru but can’t seem to secure a copy of the PAM A Study Deck on MakePlayingCards.
 

I believe it has been deleted from their available decks.

I am still on the hunt for a copy of the MPC Study Deck. MPC have certainly stopped printing it.

I ordered a Roses and Lilies Bright deck from MakePlayingCards, precisely from Conrad Steyn’s page, but unfortunately I have encountered problems after shuffling them, because they soon have damaged. Some of them opened on the side. 
I would have expected a better quality from MakePlayingCards.

 

Have you experienced the same problem? 
Has anyone tried the 1909 Art Restoration Deck? What about its quality?

 

 

It's best to contact the person you ordered the deck from there? They might be able to replace it / refund. Printing mistakes do sometimes happen 🙂 .

Hi! Thank you for your reply 😊 I did it and they asked me some money to replace some cards… I have paid, since I wanted to replace the worst ones, but I won’t think I will shuffle them again… that’s why I was wondering if this was only a problem of mine.

 

I would give a try to The 1909 Art Restoration Deck from Drivethrucards but I would like to hear from someone who owns it if it is a good deck to be used and not merely to be collected.

Just following-up on the above after some time. The current MPC Study Deck is by the same creator (P.K) but I’m wondering if it is the same deck as was released 10 years ago or if this is a slightly different design. I can’t seem to get any information from MPC and have tried but failed to contact the creator.

So may not be the Study Deck from a few years back….

To be honest - I'm not sure that Study Deck is that special, that different from the others that look just like it on MPC. It seems to be just a scanned Pam A.

This all came about a few years back when I asked about the most accurate PAM A facsimile available.

The 1909 Art Restoration Deck (Roses and Lillies, not PAM A) and the MPC Study Deck (PAM A) were recommended as the most accurate recreations.

There are all sorts of YouTube Videos which make various comparisons so both decks seem to be a thing.

I have the 1909 recreation deck but the Study Deck was no longer available when I went to look for it. The current one reappeared about a year ago but I wondered if it has the same accuracy (in recreation terms) as the one in all the videos
