Any suggestions for decks that are landscape-heavy (in terms of art, not orientation)? They don't have to be entirely free of people or completely pastoral as long as the overall focus is on the setting, if that makes sense.

I've found a few so far that seem to fit the bill:

Majestic Earth Tarot - JD Hildegard Hinkel

Advaitarot - Jan Strube

Location Tarot, Spirit of Place - Eugene Leong

Linescape Tarot - Mate Horonumber

Also wondering if there are any empty urban landscape tarot decks out there? Like the Tyldwick, but for cities?

Oof, I'm embarrassed to admit I've actually backed Mindscapes, but apparently I forgot about it immediately.

Oh yeah, the Architect's Tarot and Spacious Tarot are exactly what I'm looking for. The Architect's wasn't on my radar at all, and I think at some point I conflated Spacious and Gentle Tarots in my mind. Perfect suggestions, thank you!

Sacred Sites Tarot (LS).

It looks to be OOP at the moment.

Sure thing! I really like both of them. Spacious is getting an expansion soon, too--maybe in a couple of months or so.

The Augenblick Tarot could be a fit too - unfortunately it's OOP atm 🙁

Thanks for bringing the architect's tarot to my attention 🙂 .

That's a beautiful deck! My only fear is that, if I ever manage to find an affordable copy, it will immediately become the basis of an overly-ambitious Travel To Do list. I could do without those borders, but the artwork more than makes up for them.

Another great suggestion, thank you! I love all the statuary; that's such a nice way to incorporate human figures.

Aaaah, the worst kind of OOP too, where I see the creator stopped selling decks entirely less than six months ago. So close, and yet...

I foresee a lot of time spent lurking on eBay in my immediate future!

There is always the option of making your own landscape deck… Either with your own photos or with free stock photos from sites like unsplash, pexels or pixabay. And then simply print it on printerstudio or makeplayingcards. Just saying 😊

There is also the True North Tarot, which always sort of reminded me of the Augenblick: https://mylookdollicious.com/products/the-true-north-tarot-deck

I love that idea! Plus it would come with the added bonus that the deck would definitely read great for you - after all, you chose the images and therefore their meanings will hit home!

Edit: Totally forgot one I've had my eye on for a while: https://midnightcitytarot.com/ It's very urban, but it might still work?
