A couple of creators I've been following on IG are close to releasing some truly lovely decks from Russia:

Those last two pics are of her test print run, so this one is due out in a few weeks it would seem. I've asked her about how to order it and will report back.

I've been meaning to DM this artist and find out a print schedule; it looks like she may have added a set of astrology cards to go with it, hence the delay. We'll see what she says.

This one might involve emailing her to ask about shipping and payment, etc. I'm tempted to ask the Modern Magic crew if they have a line on this one (and Solar Kingdom) as that would make life much easier!

The deck is now on her site. This isn't a site where you check out and provide payment; instead, it puts in a request for the item to her, and then she contacts you about payment, shipping, etc. So still a little on the down low. I shall report back if I hear from her. You can see a lot more cards from the deck here, if you scroll down 2/3 past the original paintings (the jump links on the left don't seem to work):

I think that basically means she takes your order and then orders a POD on your behalf from Printerstudio or the like,

Possibly, though she has actual copies of the deck on her IG. She does a lot of art selling, and this method makes more sense in light of that. (God I can't imagine how hard it is to ship large paintings right now.)

Okay, good news! Tarot of the Solar Kingdom will in fact be sold on ModernMagic.ru. So, if you keep your eyes there, that one should come up.

 

Less sure about Tarot of Salt and Water, but it looks like August 1st is when she begins taking orders. I set myself an alarm for ~9-10am Moscow Central Time. It sounds like the website is where the decks are going to be sold:

Regarding Tarot of Salt and Water, the artist indicated she's having a lot of trouble with the decks getting through customs (she'd sold a couple internationally to see how it would go). So it might be she can't sell them just now. I'll keep tabs on it, though, in case someone like Modern Magic eventually distributes it.

So, for anyone who's been able to receive packages from ModernMagic.ru, they now have Tarot of Salt and Water in stock. I nabbed 2 others as well; the one remaining deck, the Solar Kindgom tarot, is I think still in production.

I've been stalking this one for a couple of years now. SO excited to finally get it. I also purchased the Wonder Tail Tarot from them, and the 'Mythical Tarot', which is a largely fantasy-ish deck with art I really liked.
