The Rainbow Tarot

So Lazo has finished and printed their long-time tarot project, the Rainbow Tarot. They're an El Salvadorian artist and sell on Etsy, though I believe atm  all purchases ship from Germany.

 

The deck is being released on Thursday June 16. Not sure on the time yet, but given how closely watched their IG post was, I'd recommend being ready to snag one as soon as you can.

Near as I can tell, the release time is 6pm CEST / 9am PDT. This is my assumption based on the countdown clock in So's IG reels, so it might not be accurate; I plan to start camping IG and etsy a while before that, as they're in Berlin so quite a bit ahead of me. 

 

With 150k followers on IG and 4k+ likes on the announcement post, this will be a bit like the Fyodor Pavlov deck, I expect. May the odds be ever in everyone's favor.

Based on the rush when buying Fyodor Pavlov 's deck, these are the tips that worked best before.....

 

- write the time and date on your calendar (especially digital calendar apps) in your local timezone to remind you of the event

- make sure you have a etsy account and are logged in!

- go to the link of the deck when it goes on sale

- if it is available, select buy it now after selecting how many decks you want

- if you select add to basket or that is the only option, you have to check it out asap!

- you will only have the deck after paying and checking out, be warned with the Pavlov it was easy to end up with it stuck in your basket but all stock gone! So you had to remove it as you could not proceed

- go through your address / shipping options and payment card as soon as you can (this is easier if you do buy it now but not all sales allow this)

 

As long as you act fast to process the sale as soon a you can, you will get it 🙂

\o/ Same. It sounds like they actually had FAR more copies than initially implied--I thought they'd said there was only 300, but it looks like they planned ahead and have quite a few more. Still available, for those wanting one!

 

Their IG has a lot more images of the cards; it looks to be a nice high quality box. Possibly a heavy stock, since that gilding is pretty thick.

Well, I'm glad we all hopped on to it quick because now it's sold out. !!! So, the artist, indicated they plan to do another printing but it could be a while before they can get to it. Congrats to all who snagged one!
