Can't make thread

I am trying to make a new thread but when I do I get an orange colour underneath submit and can't post. On this section of the forum I can post? So not sure if I am doing something wrong?

Hi @Rosa until someone gets to 5 posts there are limits to the forum to prevent the many spammers we get now.

 

That coloured box is a word limit, until someone gets to 5 posts they are limited to 100 words in a post and must post at least 5.

 

When you are over 5 posts, you can post as many words as you want 😊. But it won't let you post a thread or post till the box is green and it gives you the word limit in it.

I just realised because I was answering on mobile before and it didn't display at all, that you attached copied text which has come out white for some reason, I missed this.....

So it looks like you are within the 100 word limit. Where are you trying to post your thread, you didn't say?

The reading exchange areas of the forum won't unlock to view till 5 posts and won't let you post there till you can view it. The Individual Card Meanings area will only let you post in it after 5 posts but anyone can read it. The Promotions Section will only let you post if you are a subscriber to the community but anyone can read it. Let me know if it's another area and will look into it for you 🙂

 

You cannot attach images or links until 5 posts

At 5 posts it's much easier to use this place 🙂

After I replied to a thread this is what I get immediately after. Is that normal?

Yes it's fine, everyone needs to make 10 words in a post because before some people were doing one word or single emoji responses in threads. I think it gave that because now the entry box is blank 🙂

Now you won't have a max word limit or any other restrictions in your posts.

Poor orange box always get ignored. Ahaha. 
This trend is helpful. I get the orange box when I try to attached a web link. Now i know the reason why.
