The aptly named Ultimate Deck is my absolute favorite among the decks in my premium playing cards collection. It was created by the acclaimed cardists Dan & Dave in collaboration with the design firm Stranger & Stranger. It took them one whole year to create this and it is said to be the most expensive deck ever produced. Showcasing 54 different works of art - one for every card in the deck - I'm not surprised. All the cards are fully illustrated, and in fact this is the only playing cards I know of that can effectively substitute as an oracle, at least for intuitive readers. Like the other decks in my collection, I plan to use it in cartomancy too. Luxurious, absolutely breathtaking, and unabashedly over the top, it's simply a must-have for any collector.
