Pen Posted August 3, 2022 Posted August 3, 2022 (edited) It's been a long time, but at last I've completed sixteen court cards to add to the majors of the original Limited Edition of 100 published in 2010. The cards have been reformatted and are now tarot-sized with a a scroll at the bottom of each showing the common and Latin names of the wild green plant in the image. The new deck is gloss finished (I'm so pleased with the colours!) and there's a choice of black or white borders. It comes in a black velvet drawstring bag and is now available from my shop at MPC, where you can see all the cards. I hope you like it! Edited August 3, 2022 by Pen addition
DanielJUK Posted August 4, 2022 Posted August 4, 2022 It's looking really great @Pen , I am glad you have added to the original Majors and it's gorgeous artwork Thanks for sharing your new deck creations with us and where we can get it. I am now totally enabled and adding it to my wish list for the future 🙂 ❤️
Pen Posted August 4, 2022 Author Posted August 4, 2022 Hi Daniel, thanks for the lovely words- I'm so glad you like it 😊 💃
Eno Posted August 6, 2022 Posted August 6, 2022 Do you intend to do the rest of the cards in the future to make it a full 78 card deck?
Pen Posted August 26, 2022 Author Posted August 26, 2022 Hello Eno, sorry to be so late answering your post. I did consider making it a full deck, but decided it would be too much of a strain (not so much on me but on finding fitting combinations of the meanings of so many cards and herbs), considering that I began by choosing the plants to reflect in some way the characters of the archetypes and the courts. I think it was the right decision. I think also that this will be my last tarot deck, but never say never. 🙃
