Hello everyone, my name is Marin. I am  a 50 year old female from California. I’ve always had a passion for tarot and about six months a decided to dive in and learn all I can. I feel that I have a calling for divination and I am extremely happy to have found this tarot community where I can learn and share.

I think putting myself in your shoes , if I was starting over at our age. ( I'm only three behind,)

 

I would pick one choice(,top of the line  book. ) 

It depends on what interests you.. 

A scholarly type, history type, textbook type, or more workbook type.

 

Then go for special topics. 

Court cards, 

Reversals 

Minors, 

Probaly best to decide after your first book, or before maybe what makes more sense or me right now. And I mean tarot and astrology, numerology, maybe qabbalah 

 

Nowdays there the psychicc tarot, and  initiative book as well that wasn't there when I started off.

 

And that's just the books!

 

You have our inerchild tarot, fairytale tarot. Cats. Dogs , ghosts. Gothic, witches, wizards. Disney villains. Etc.
