I can't believe I'm just now stumbling upon this forum! I was on Aeclectic for years and learned so much through those forums. When they shut down I was devastated; I searched for other forums and tried facebook groups but nothing ever felt the same.

So heeeeey! I'm Kristin from Laguna Beach, California. I'm 38 and have been reading tarot since my teens. I remember hiding my very first deck because my parents were strict Christians and I didn't want to get in trouble. Can anybody else relate? 😬

Fast forward 20-ish years and I've had a revolving collection of decks probably passing 100 in count. And now my mom even makes me tarot cloths!

 

For work I run my own social media management and web design business. I'm trying to create a career that I can travel a little with!

 

In my free time I love reading, journaling, hiking, swimming in the ocean, collecting mineral specimens, binging historical documentaries, playing with my cat, talking to my houseplants, and hanging at the bars with my amazing boyfriend.

Welcome! I can relate to your story as I grew up with extremely religious parents as well. So awesome you continued with tarot, and your other hobbies are awesome too!
