[Guest No Display Name]

I hope someone can help, I was seeking to join this forum for some guidance & to gain knowledge. I went to sign up, entered my date of birth but it's claiming I have multiple accounts 🤔 This would be my first time on this webpage, this forum as I only discovered it recently. 

I'm so confused, I followed the relevant steps in order to contact who I need too but I'm struggling to do so without even having an account before. I also attempted the "Forgot password" just in the hopes that maybe I actually did register but I may have forgotten. I haven't recieved anything to my email, nor in the spam folder either. 

I'm not sure what else to do. I don't mean to bombard with entries with posts but I'm trying to reach out best I can to a moderator 🙏 If there is a way to sort my issue I shall leave details in order for contact purposes as I'm not sure I can respond to this post if reviewed.
