I also plan to dedicate the Tarot of Shadows on the 12th which is fittingly a Friday, so yeah. That deck - oh I really must stop before I start dripping purple prose o'er m'amante Russe.

Princess of Swords.  Yeah well duh. At work, I'm a woman on a mission to get stuff done. Enough with the procrastination people, it's taking TOO LONG! I have no time for excuses, it's obvious we need to just do it! And I have given up sugar and alcohol and am a little tetchy. Today is a shadow day. Been on point but perhaps could have been nicer.

I am enjoying my week with the Spiritsong, but it's just a touch too pretty and sweet for my normal reading tastes.    Pretty though. 

I am really loving the Norse tarot. It challenges me, make me go in for a closer look, pull out other cards. I can't say I always agree with his choices but they are never totally off either, they are just fresh.

So, I recently started my Deck of the Week practice.  ;)  Will realign my week dates to fit this group and reflect that on my blog (also recently re-started).

 

This week, I am using The Whispering Tarot.  A curious little deck I picked up at BATS for a measly sum of $15.  It is self-published by Elizabeth Hazel and I have #191 of 500.  It is a small deck and easy to handle for those of us with little hands! 

 

I am not having as much fun with it this week as I could wish.  I have been sick and it keeps giving me cards about drowning (in snot) and knives to the chest (*cough, cough*) and kings with cups (drugs).  I think that speaks for itself, right there!
