Last day for dear, dear Budapest.  (Time for one more cat deck starting tomorrow!)

 

I've been using the Queer Tarot all week for my daily cards. I really love it and can recommend it as a good working deck. The images are very brightly coloured (the technique is called riso printing) and drawn with a naive childlike style but very effective. The people in the cards are modelled on real people, of all shapes, sizes, genders and skin colours. Their names are in the book that comes with the deck so if you want to you could reach out to some of them. 

 

I've attached a photo of my daily cards for this week. Today was the Knight of Pentacles.

that's really cool you can reach out with contact info to some of the names.   thanks for sharing. 

I forgot to post my second pull from the Faerie Oracle by Brian Froud. I thought I had done so several days ago.

 

This deck is gorgeous -- the artwork is recognizably his, and the writing that accompanies each selection provides depth and 

character to these images.

 

The meanings are impactful for an oracle, and the design and execution of the book is high in quality.

 

This card, the Master Maker, suggests the importance of doing every act with a high degree of precision, integrity, care, and intent.

This results in creative change and expression that impacts you and the world positively.
