When the cards fall in line

Hey all!

I was wondering if you find any significance when the cards fall in line, like the numbers follow each other

one line that comes from 1 to 5 or 15 - 19 etc.

In Tarot it is significant for me because every suit has its story and when the cards come in line then is like the story follows as it goes etc

But Lenormand seem to be more random.

Does anyone sees it a bit differently?

Interesting question @Krystalida ! I do not think it has a significance like it has with Tarot, but that is just my opinion. Hope someone else has some thoughts about this too.

Someone else here 😄

With the Lenormand, it depends on whether you have tied the numbers to something (like a grit) and assigned it some sort of significance - as that is something which most don't, it comes down to if you did.

So, no, not per se.

I'd pay it some mind under the following conditions: The read does not make sense in the slightest plus I can be absolutely sure that the pack used has been thoroughly shuffled!

However, that is not often the case - one single situation during the last three years comes to mind.

If it was the playing card inserts doing the duck-walk instead, I'd be looking.

I dont actually, I decided to leave Lenormand plain n simple as they were.

I shuffle them very good when I do GTs, I lay them all flat on the table and shuffle till I am sure everything is well mixed so they don't repeat themselves, but unbelievably they do!

It came a while ago with 3 cards in line and yesterday with 4 and my significator in their center, I found it very interesting 🙂

I agree that if the pips were in line I would pay more attention and I did think about it but they don't  follow up

That makes it sort of "twice in a row" - I do get why that piques one's interest!

Did you check if the sequence made some sort of sense in regards to timing?

Yes!

Hw do you do that? I mean to match timing?

Huh?

You look at the cards and check different variations of application, for example: date = hours? days? weeks? Months!?

Throughout reading cards, there are "instances of highlighting" which appear in different forms, i.e. 2 jacks. Why two jacks? Or two queens. Or no king. Why? What does it refer to? And, most important: Once the circumstances it referred to have been identified, does it repeat and point to similar circumstances when showing up again?

So, in the quest of looking for if there is something applicable to the repetition of your line-up-pattern, my question was not grand at all.

It went along the lines of "Let's assume we have a row of 3-4-5. Did it refer to a specific event? Or did it describe how something came to be? Will come to be? Or: Did it refer to When something will come to be? And if so, does it say "In 3 to 5 days" or what does it say? Did it say?

The answers are to be arrived at by observation of different possibilities and matching in retrospect, to then test if it also works in the terrain of foreshadowing.

At least when it comes to the emergence of stuff where you essentially stand on your own.

If it is done already by someone is not as much of an issue as if you can make it work for you with confidence, seeing that it is there already.

Then again, to truly say "Okay, they do form the lines on a regular base, and I have to take this'n'that into accord", showing up twice is not much at all.

oh this is next level in Lenormand! to involve the pips!

very good questions to put to the cards actally.

I was thinking when you mentioned it that it has to be a system given from the reader to find it with timing, sounds complicate though cause they dont follow a line.

I will check though with timing, it is needed and is also really strange.

It would indeed be nice if it was refering to timing - that way, you'd have a strange phenomenon cleared up, as well as found a way to identify how your cards say "Hey, I'm talking time-frames here!"

However, it is still hardcore hypothetical, for at this point in time chances are that the ratio of repetition may well be to scarce to rely on it when reading regularly.

Along with the two possibilities that it may

a) refer to something else entirely

b) refer to nothing at all!

😄

Time will tell, I suppose.

I did check it a bit with Andy's book, I also searched a bit around but it doesn't make sense 😅
