Expanded Kipper decks (up to 55 cards) with no guidebook?

I stumbled on an expanded Kipper deck yesterday and found a second one today. However, the new cards have no guidebook - it seems to be keywords at best, though I’ve contacted both sellers to see if I missed something in their description.

Would it be possible to use new kipper cards without knowing the card type (stop, connector, movement, person, cause and effect)? This makes me question if the deck creators know how kipper cards are used.

What is your opinion on expanded kipper decks? Could you use one if you had only keywords for new cards?
