Hi, I had tarot cards 20 years ago but stopped using them when a lightbulb flew out of its socket while I did a reading. Scared me a bit lol!

 

Just got some cards today so I did a search for tarot forums to help me learn, so here I am 😀

Decks are just packs of cardboard cards and I think and hope it was just an unfortunate coincidence. I am sure you will be safe with your new deck! 😊.  What deck did you get?

I got a Qualis deck by Pamela White under instruction by Arthur Waite. I've heard of Waite decks, not the other names though.
