Know that we are all adults here and this is not a very intensive position! It's just that we are growing, and sometimes it helps to have more eyes watching out when I or the other Mods can't. 1. You make sure everyone follows the rules, replying to or deleting topics as necessary. 2. Move topics that have been posted to the wrong areas. Sometimes you need to use your best judgement here. 3.
