Contacting Adminstration

Hello!  I have had a ticket in the help desk for a few days now.  I understand everyone is busy but has the ticket been read yet?  It is regarding the possible moderator position.  I did not know how to contact the administration here so I created a ticket.  Is there someone I can PM to discuss this further?

She has them turned off.  Is there another admin here?  It's not a big deal but I was curious about the process of contacting people here.  I'm still relatively new and am still learning the habits of the forum.  It's always good to know who to contact in case a PM is warranted.  I'm not asking for the job but I did have some suggestions. ;)
